Is your child clumsy or seeking sensory feedback?

Do you find your child crashes around and bumps into things a lot?

Do they seem to stamp or squeeze things really hard?

These can be sensory seeking behaviours. Try to plan some time in their day when they can get some proprioceptive feedback. This might be having a gym ball massage, jumping on a trampoline, wearing a weighted jacket, using theraputty or resistance bands or even playing a boisterous game.
